Local processing
All PDFs are processed entirely in your browser. Files are NEVER uploaded to any server. We never see, receive, or store your documents.
Local storage
Your library, bookmarks, highlights, notes, and reading position are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB / localStorage) on your device only. Clearing browser data removes them. We have no copy.
No accounts
We do not require accounts and do not collect personal information.
Anonymous visit statistics
PDFcove uses GoatCounter — a privacy-focused analytics service — to count page visits. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not create profiles, and does not store any personal data; it only records anonymous data such as the visited page, country, browser type, and referring page. We cannot link this data to a specific person. The content of your documents, highlights, and notes are never sent anywhere.

This site may display ads. Ad providers may use cookies; see their policies. Ads never access your documents, which never leave your device.
